My new book on the Addington Children’s Hospital and Nurses’ Home is being edited and then will be printed early in the new year.
This iconic hospital which was built in 1930 near Addington, on the Durban Point, was abandoned for many years. My book focuses on the state of the building and the artwork in 2010. It is a highly evocative image based book but also gives details of the Founders, Donors and Artists who made this hospital so unique.
I am taking orders and those committing to a book, with a signed order can obtain a Collectors or Standard Edition which will bear their name.
